    Alycia Greenwood is a full-time REALTOR® licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, based in Methuen, MA, and serving buyers, sellers, and investors across the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire. She specializes in first-time home buyers, homeowners selling to buy, listing strategy, multifamily properties, fix-and-flip opportunities, and long-term investment real estate.

      Alycia Greenwood is a full-time REALTOR® licensed in Massachusetts since 2023 and New Hampshire since 2025. Based in Methuen, MA, she serves buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire, including Methuen, Haverhill, Andover, North Andover, Lowell, Billerica, Chelmsford, Tewksbury, Tyngsborough, Salem, NH, Derry, NH, and surrounding communities. Alycia is affiliated with Century 21 North East and The Fermin Group, which was recognized for 2025 production as the #1 Century 21 team in the world.


      Since becoming licensed, Alycia has closed 18 buyer and seller transactions, with 2 additional transactions pending. Her 2025 production included more than $5.4 million in closed sales volume, and her experience includes 3 closed multifamily transactions, with additional multifamily opportunities in progress. She works with first-time home buyers, homeowners selling to buy, listing clients, investors, multifamily buyers, fix-and-flip clients, and long-term rental investors. Her typical residential sales fall between $450,000 and $650,000, with broader experience across condos, single-family homes, multifamily properties, and investment opportunities ranging from approximately $300,000 to $1 million.


      Before real estate, Alycia spent nearly a decade in Pharmaceutical Development Sciences, where she developed a detail-oriented, analytical approach to research, documentation, problem-solving, and high-pressure decision-making. She now uses that background to help clients understand market data, compare options, and move through the buying or selling process with more confidence. Her passion for real estate began in high school, inspired by watching her single mother work toward buying her first home while raising two children. A lifelong Methuen resident, Alycia also supports local community efforts, including trail cleanups, pet-friendly initiatives, and donations to animal welfare organizations.
